From the moment you make your reservation and throughout your stay, we will ensure your comfort and well-being. We will share our good addresses in the area, itineraries of visits not to be missed, available shows. We will be happy to assist you in your airport transfer, make an appointment for a hairdresser.. We will be delighted to assist you in order to allow you to spend the stay that suits you.

Breakfast
Continental breakfast is served daily with as many local and regional products.
For example, our bread and viennoiseries come every morning from an artisanal boulangerie from the neighbourhood. No ‘fake’ bread, you need to try and taste the good quality french bread!
Coffee, Hot chocolate, range of teas and herb teas
The Honey is localy produced.
We serve breakfast on reservation only to propose fresh product each morning.
Ecological actions
We try as much as we can to preserve our planet.
For example, we have some soap dispenser in each shower. The soap/shampoo is made in Cannes by a local soap artisan. The bulbs in the hotel are new generation, using less electricity. Most cleaning products to clean the rooms are eco labeled. We separate waste. Our personal is trained to ecology.
During your stay, we change your towels on demand, when you place them on the floor, if you decide not to re-use them.
Our Team
Your hosts, Noémie and Cédric, are graduates of the Hotel School of Strasbourg Illkirch.
After their studies, they travelled and worked in various luxury establishments around the world. When they returned to Cannes, they worked at the Carlton Intercontinental.
They acquired the Hotel Alnea in 2002, which they transformed and improved over the years.
In 2010, they create the 7Art Hotel, located just across the street in Maréchal Joffre.
They are joined by Elha, their smiling collaborator.
They will be delighted to welcome you all year round and do everything possible to ensure that you have a pleasant stay.

The reception is at your disposal from 8am to 8pm all week long
The reservation service is available from Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm.
Check-in time is from 2pm
If the room is available, we will be happy to give the access before 2pm
If access to your room is required early in the morning, we recommend that you book the night before your arrival.
We can store your luggage at the reception from 10am on your arrival day and keep them until 7pm on your departure day (as check-out is at 11am)
We will ask you to present your ID and your credit card used to make your reservation in order to secure payment.
Credit card, visa, mastercard, paypal, bank transfer, holiday voucher, cashier's check * (* to make the reservation before arrival and under conditions).
We do not have a parking lot at the hotel.
We have a drop-off point in front of the hotel to allow you to unload your luggage.
However, in high season or if you don't have much luggage, we advise you to park when you arrive in Cannes and then come to the hotel on foot.
We are located in the heart of the city with many pedestrian streets and one-way streets, where it is easy to get around on foot.
Here are the solutions we recommend:

There are also free surface parking spaces between 5 and 20 minutes walk from the hotel.

We do not have a private shuttle, but we can arrange for you an airport transfer from/to Nice Airoport.
Reservation must be made at least 24h minimum before the transfer (Extra cost to be paid to the driver)
Our continental breakfast is served from 8 to 10.30AM (7.30am during congress)
The hotel is not accessible to wheelchairs.
We do not have a lift in the hotel. Access to the rooms is by stairs
Unfortunately, our pet friends are not allowed in the hotel.
